Armlock Off Bicep Post

B is in my guard and is posting out on my armpits

Step 1: My right arm goes to the same side arm and I place my hand on B's elbow. (Rest of arm lays flat against the arm)
Step 2: I put my right foot on B's hip and shrimp out

Step 3: B's arm should be trapped on the side of my body. From here my knee comes up to the back of my hand and pushes down

Step 4: My left leg comes up and clamps down on B's chest

Step 5: I have the option to slide my right shin to the back of B's head for the belly down armbar

Passing Half Guard Tips

When passing with my right leg trapped. Head control and deep underhook with my right arm. Pass the lapel with my right hand to my left. My right arm extends at B's elbow to keep their arm extended, preventing their underhook. My right leg/hips sink down and move towards B's feet. My left leg also extends down, trapping B's leg. I can bring my right leg out towards mount. It's okay if my foot is trapped. My right arm creeps up and to the left to isolate B's arm. My right hand can then grab my left elbow, resutling in B's arm being trapped beneath my chest/or their arm being extended up in the air. *Puts them at risk for americana*. Threatening with the sub can force them to open up their leg so that I can pass to mount.

Sweep Off Guard Pass Position

B is in my guard. My left hand has a cross sleeve grip and my right hand is gripping the same side of B's pants at the knee.

Step 1: Open guard, placing feet on hips.

Step 2: Right shin comes across B's stomach

Step 3: Left leg comes up and over B's head, crushing down to break their posture

Step 4: I use my leg against B's head to extend them out

Step 5: As B powers back into me I use the pants grip to "bring my stomach" to the mat

Step 6: I sweep and use my grips against the floor to unhook my leg from their head and go to knee on belly

Step 7: Pull the arm across and get a inside collar grip with the hand that was gripping the pants

Step 8: Let go of the arm, get the other collar grip, slide to mount and get the tap

Other option from the same position.

Can also kick them over to go straight to the armbar

Variation #1:
As B tries to pass to my left. My left leg comes across B's back and my left foot makes a hook on the inside of B's leg. My right leg comes out and posts on the mat. From here I keep both grips and while extending my left leg, pull B's arm towards me.

Variation #1.5
If B Pulls their arm out my left hand grabs the belt and I pull B so that their head hits the mat. From there I take the back.

Variation #2
As B passes to my left my left foot comes down across B's neck. I shrimp my hips out and my right foot comes over to get the armbar. If B goes to defend I use my opposite arm to come underneath for a arm drag grip with my thumb down. I can then drag the arm across, bringing my other foot against B's neck and armbar the other arm.

Stand Up in Guard -> Sweep

B stands up in my guard.

Step 1: Bring my legs around B's knees and lock them together

Step 2: Same side sleeve grip on both sides

Step 3: Bring B into me and roll over whichever shoulder

Sprawl -> Side Control

When someone comes up to their knees from side control or shoots in you sprawl on them and do this move.
Depending on what side you go, you use your arms on different sides. If you want to spin to your right your left arm comes across and cross faces the left side of B's face. Once I spin to the side my right arm comes over the back and grabs the far side collar. My left arm comes underneath B's left arm and grabs their right gi sleeve. While pulling with the grips I jump to the opposite side, bringing B into side control with their back to me.
