Step 1: I get a cross collar grip. B "answers the phone" and uses their free arm to post against my free arm.
Step 2: I put my foot on the same side as the posted arm and shrimp out to the side. Using my knee to bring their posted arm across their body.
Step 3: B's elbow should land/get trapped in the space next to my hips/ribs.
Step 4: I use my free arm to grab B's wrist. I lift my hips against their elbow as I pull the arm backwards applying the shoulder lock.
