I am on top while B is turtled. I am on the left side.
My right arm comes around the back and gets a monkey grip on B's right wrist. My left arm comes across the front of B's chest, under the chin, and grips B's right arm. I use the grips to suck B's arm in and hop over their back to the other side. I tuck my right knee into their side and bring them onto their back. As I roll I use my left hand to push their face as my right hand grabs my lapel, finishing the armbar.
It's important when hopping over to not hop over towards their head. You have to hop across in a straight direction. Otherwise the roll becomes harder and the angle for the armbar changes.

Open Guard: Knee Shield
These are sweeps/submission when you have knee shield guard. One knee comes across the stomach while the other leg is in front of B's face. If I have my right shin across the body, my left leg is blocking B's face.
Sweep 1:
I hold B's right sleeve and use my left leg to bring B's head towards the mat. I pull the sleeve tight as my right leg elevates B over their head. It is essentially a scissor sweep from a different position.
Sweep 2:
I hold B's left sleeve and bridge over to bring my stomach to the mat. When they push back I do sweep 1 except holding the left sleeve instead of the right.
Submission:
Holding B's right sleeve. I use my left leg to push B's head away. I move my hip and bring my right shin out and put my right foot on B's hip. I elevate my hips using the foot on the hip as my left leg comes over B's head. I let go of the right sleeve and grab B's left arm to secure the triangle choke.

Open Guard: Sweep When Opponent Lifts Knee
This move is done when your opponent lifts their knee inside your open guard. If your opponent lifts their right knee.
Step 1: Control both sleeves
Step 2: Shrimp out and put my left foot on B's right bicep
Step 3: My right foot goes to the side of B's left knee
Step 4: I scissor sweep B's left knee and come up on top
Variations
When B passes over my right leg to avoid the sweep.
Step 1: My right shin comes across B's stomach.
Step 2: Elevate B over my body, holding them up with the foot on their bicep and my shin
Step 3: Sweep them over using my grips

North South: 4 Escapes
Escape 1: Grab the belt, kick feet over head, cross feet on B's body, rotate and close guard.
Escape 2: Arms around B's arms, grab the gi/belt, backwards shrimp, roll over shoulder and take the back.
Escape 3: Both arms in at the chest, grab the belt/gi, backwards shrimp, turn onto knees and go for single leg, if B whizzers, cut corner and leg ride B's leg, use your leg to push their leg outward, force arm forward to clear the overhook, clock choke
Escape 4: One arm in one arm out, backwards shrimp, turn into B, bring bottom knee in front of their arm and triangle.

Sweep 1: Hip push
Sweep 2: Grab elbows, get hips underneath, roll over shoulder backwards
